A CONFIDENT woman has revealed that she regularly attracts the attention of men in their 20s who try to “sweep her off her feet.”
She shared her ongoing struggles in the dating scene as an almost 40-year-old woman who is not trying to be anyone’s mother.
Jessenia (@iamjessenia) is a 39-year-old woman who prioritizes her fitness and wellness routine.
As a result, she looks much younger than she actually is which makes dating difficult right now.
In an Instagram Reel, she was transparent about the realities of dating as a woman in her late 30s who looks like she’s in her 20s.
She wore a pink crop top and high-waisted white shorts that emphasized her toned body.
The subtitle at the top of the video read: “When you’re in your late 30s but look young.”
Then, she detailed the cycle she goes through where younger men check her out and think she’s their age, but she is interested in older men who think she looks too young.
“Dating is hard as is. But navigating the dating scene and looking younger has been a unique challenge for me over the years, especially now that I am in my late 30s,” she admitted in the caption.
She shared her frustrations in the video caption about being hit on by young guys looking to “sweep her off her feet.”
In the past, she’s said that she’s dated younger men and was tired of being their mom, coach, assistant, planner, and manager.
The comment section was filled with divisive comments over her honest words.
