A young girl has been sexually assaulted on a train.
Footage has been released of a man police want to speak to following the assault.
The attack happened on a train running from Wellingborough to Kettering in Northamptonshire.
She was among a group of other school children who got on the train at around 4.45pm on Tuesday, September 12.
They sat in the middle of the train when a man started talking to one of the boys in her group.
He then commented on the victim’s appearance and as the group stood up to leave the train he sexually assaulted her.
It is believed that the attacker got a train heading towards Leicester.
