I used to pile on make-up for a night out but ditched it for a less heavy look – people say I’m a natural beauty
A WOMAN has revealed how she decided to ditch her heavy make-up to look more natural and now thinks she looks “better” than before.
Beth Amelia, 25, from Birmingham, showed a photo of herself dressed up with a very glam beauty look, including contoured skin and bold eyes.
The TikTok stunner then showed herself with a more “natural look” after having a “make-under.”
Beth had ditched the heavily bronzed skin and striking lipstick, and now had more natural, glowy skin and nude lips.
However, she did keep her bold fluffy lashes for both beauty looks, and revealed they were from Shein.
She wrote on her @bethameliacm account: “Realising I look better with less makeup.”
And it seems many people agreed with her outlook.
One praised her saying: “natural beauty.”
Another added: “100%.”
And a third said: “You’re beautiful but without as much makeup you’re stunning.”
Meanwhile, one person commented: “yes and more women need to realise this.”
While many women will wear make-up to give them a confidence boost, in a recent social media trend, we are seeing more and more people ditch the heavy beauty products and embrace their natural beauty.
Another woman revealed that she ditched clumpy eyelashes and heavy make-up for a more natural look and people are stunned when they see her now.
Samantha Jean, a 24-year-old from Dallas, Texas explained that she wanted to embrace her natural beauty more, and now people are gobsmacked at her glow up.
Samantha also stopped dying her hair really dark and instead went blonde – but her luscious locks have left many divided.
