I asked my kids to check that my jeans looked OK from behind – I didn’t realize they lied until I got home
A MORTIFIED mom has learned an embarrassing lesson the hard way.
Never trust kids to give an honest or accurate review of your outfit.
Leah (@leahova) relied on her children to check on her jeans before they left the house, giving them the back view.
But they neglected to let her know about her wardrobe malfunction.
She explained she was at a kid’s birthday party when she felt a hole in the back of her jeans.
She asked her kids for assistance: “I showed it to my kids and I was like: ‘Can you see it?'” she said.
Her children reassured her there was no hole and that she was fine and she took their word for it.
Unfortunately, that turned out to be the wrong move when she realized they had lied to her.
“And they were like no, absolutely not… let me show you what it looks like,” she said.
The mom bent over to reveal a huge gaping hole in her crotch area.
She was confused as to why her kids lied to her.
“This is awkward but like, it’s f**king huge, why would they tell me they can’t see it?” she said.
“They’re just making up new ways to embarrass me at this point.”
