I’M A Celebrity fans have been left ‘feeling sick’ after Grace Dent got a cockroach flushed out her ear.
The celebs were involved in a split-camp challenge called the Scarena tonight.
With Ant and Dec overseeing proceedings as usual, the celebrities – who were split into two separate camps – went head-to-head in the latest sports-themed twist.
Nella and Grace were seen attempting to release American footballs from a container that contained lots of creepy crawlies.
This is all whilst wearing a clear helmet that is full of jungle critters that writhe around their heads.
Maggots, crickets, and cockroaches were the insects Nella and Grace had to deal with during the challenge.
Once released they are tasked with throwing the balls to their teammates, who ran to get touchdowns and score points for their side in the American Football inspired challenge.
But sadly, Nella failed – propelling the other team towards success.
Both teams were battling it out to win a luxurious all-you-can-eat breakfast.
Things proved to be too much for the YouTuber, as she pulled on the emergency cord to be released from the glass helmet.
Because of this it meant Grace and the rival team had won.
However, instead of basking in her victory, Grace found herself preoccupied with a daunting task – trying to remove a massive cockroach that had gotten stuck in her ear.
Emergency medics had to step in and help the food critic remove the huge insect from her ear.
Viewers were left utterly repulsed by the horrifying scenes as they witnessed the cockroach being squeezed out, with liquid oozing from Grace’s ears.
Taking to X/Twitter, one wrote: “Oh my god I cannot watch this, is Grace ok?”
A second added: “Grace is so strong! I would’ve fainted.”
A third penned: “That is the most disgusting thing I’ve ever seen in my life.”
A fourth wrote: “How is she staying so calm, that is just revolting.”
