Simone Biles is the most decorated gymnast of all-time, but on Thanksgiving Day, she was a football fan like most of America. This Thanksgiving is extra special for Biles, as her husband, Jonathan Owens, is playing for the Packers against the Lions, and he recorded the first defensive highlight of the day.
In the first quarter, Owens recovered a fumble and returned it 27 yards for a touchdown to give Green Bay a 20–6 lead. Biles reacted with a social media post that expressed her excitement after Owens made such a big play on national television.

Biles and Owens got engaged in 2022 and married in April of this year, less than a month before Owens agreed to join the Packers.
Owens is a journeyman defensive back who previously played for the Cardinals and Texans before signing with the Packers. The 28-year-old enjoyed a breakout season with Houston last year, playing in all 17 games and recording 125 tackles, and he has appeared in all 11 games for Green Bay this season.
