The Lagos State Traffic Management Authority has warned motorists against parking on lay-bys along the Dopemu and Oshodi areas of Lagos State. This was disclosed in a document signed by the Zonal Commander, Akeem Adeoshun, and made available to PUNCH Metro by the Public Relations Officer, Lagos State Traffic Management Authority, Adebayo Taofiq, on Tuesday.
