COPS are on the hunt for a shooter after three women and a 13-year-old girl were killed during a gun rampage in Tennessee.
The suspect, identified as Mavis Christian Jr., is “armed and extremely dangerous,” police said.
It comes after a shooting spree took place across Memphis over the span of four hours on Saturday.
Christian Jr is accused of killing two girls and wounding a woman at one property before fatally shooting another female at a different house at 6.40pm.
Police investigating the death of a woman at around 9.30pm on Howard Drive connected the killing to two other fatal shootings that “involve the same suspect”, CNN reports.
They then identified Christian as the suspect in all three shootings and said he fled each scene in a white 2017 Chevrolet Malibu.
Authorities added the attacks have been described as domestic violence and that Christian is a relative of the victims.
Police have not identified the victims or provided information on how they’re related to the suspect.
As America is just one week away from Thanksgiving, an unnamed officer at the scene told WREG News Channel 3: “[This] is truly disheartening going into the holiday season.
“As a father, it breaks my heart. These are somebody’s kids, sisters, aunts. These are people.”
Memphis police said local, state and federal agencies are now involved in the manhunt for Christian Jr.
“If you see him or his vehicle, please call 911 immediately,” police said.
