FINDING flattering fall outfits has never been easier with these affordable buys from Walmart.
The versatile and festive fashions will make many shoppers extra thankful just in time for Thanksgiving.
“I am here to share a bunch of Walmart outfits for fall that would also work great for Thanksgiving,” said Carly Heasley (@carly_heasley).
The 5’7″ fashionista who describes herself as being a pear shape, is either a small or medium top and a large size 10 or 12 on the bottom.
The first outfit she modeled was a classic tan sweater dress in a size large for length.
The $19.98 Time and Tru ribbed knit turtleneck dress from Walmart had tons of glowing reviews.
“A great fit for any shaped body,” wrote one impressed viewer.
“It’s just such a classic for fall and winter,” Carly added.
The budget fashionista, who admitted that sweater dresses can sometimes be too short for her, was a fan of the flattering fit.
She also paired the festive look with $70.98 Piepiebuy faux suede knee boots from Amazon that are described as looking great with a dress or pair of jeans and a $27.97 Tried and True plaid poncho over it.
Next up was a cozy corduroy dress that she was already obsessed with.
Featuring a smock stretchy sleeve and puff sleeves, Carly was ready to bring her affordable star style to the holiday table.
“I love this length on me too, being 5’7″, I feel really cozy in this,” she explained.
The $21.46 Time and Tru smocked cord dress was already sold out in an extra small and medium – and had lots of others fans as well.
“This dress is very fall very comfortable and very soft,” said one enthused buyer.
“Great quality! Beautiful silhouette. Love this dress,” wrote another satisfied Walmart shopper.
Carly gushed over the amazing quality of the true to size – she wore a size medium – plaid frock with a ruffle hem that she posed in next.
She even layered the $19.40 Time and Tru long sleeve micro plaid dress with the brand’s $27.97 ribbed sweater cape with pockets which she said is also ideal over a more casual look.
The rich red color was already selling out, so last minute holiday clothes shoppers should hurry.
Some reviewers gave their own take on the fit.
“I am a 34 in waist, 43 in hips, and 36DD and I ordered a size large. It fits pretty well. A medium may have fit but would have possibly been snug in some areas. I love the style of this dress.”
Another raved: “Very nice. Love the colors and fabric design.”
Next she paired a white classic cable knit sweater with leggings.
The $17.98 Time and Tru mixed stitch sweater in a midweight fabric also had mostly five star reviews for its fall feel.
“So soft and comfy. You won’t regret buying!” shared one thrilled customer.
“But you could also pair it with jeans and give it a little front tuck,” explained Carly.
She couldn’t get over the two-piece super soft tan pantsuit set she tried on next that was sure to be the coziest Thanksgiving clothing yet.
Carly, who tried on a size large in the $27.98 Time and Tru women’s mock neck top and wide leg pants set, was already loving the look – and feel.
“Throw on a blazer if you’re working from home, throw on a duster if it’s cold, wear it with heels, wear it with slippers, so many ways to wear this.”
With dozens of flattering reviews, this set might just be the most popular outfit at this year’s Thanksgiving.
