Delhi woke up to a thick haze on Monday with AQI in severe category which came down during the day but persisted in very poor category of well over 370 at most locations. The Commission for AIR Quality Management (CAQM), meanwhile, kept Graded Response Action Plan (GRAP) Phase IV activated in Delhi.
