Dallas has been recovering from a femoral fracture and has been out of action for more than 18 months now.
He has been gradually moving towards being fit to return to the pitch, but is undergoing rehabilitation and is yet to join training with the rest of the Leeds squad.
There were suggestions that he could be allowed to join the Northern Ireland camp and train with the national team players during the international break.
However, Farke poured cold water over such a possibility and insisted that cannot be allowed as he has yet to train with the Leeds squad.
The Leeds boss admitted that he could be allowed to go to the national team camp and meet the players but Dallas will have to focus on rehabilitating with the club.
Farke said in a press conference: “He is not involved in team training so he can’t be involved in team training for Northern Ireland.
“If he wants to be there for a short visit or to lift the mood and for a boost then we are always open to it.
“But the main focus is his rehab work.”
Dallas has not played for Leeds since the 2021/22 season and missed the entire 2022/23 campaign.
