A WOMAN with 13 Christmas trees set up in her home has been told it looks “hideous” by cruel trolls.
She had shared a video of her festive setup online, with the voiceover saying “I don’t have a problem” as she panned across all the trees.
Mrs Heck showed the 13 Christmas trees she’s set up in her home[/caption] The trees take 10 days to set up, and even longer to take down[/caption] Each of the trees has a different, colourful theme[/caption] And are set up in almost all the rooms in the downstairs of her home[/caption]Mrs. Heck began by showing the seven trees in her dining room, before moving into her lounge, where there were a further three.
There were also more trees in other rooms in the house, with each having a different theme.
“I don’t see the problem here,” she captioned the video.
But trolls were quick to have their say, with one writing: “That is hideous!”
“Agree!” another added.
“I’d hate to live in a house with Christmas decor for 2 months,” a third wrote.
To which the woman responded: “Well, more like 3 months! But, I get it… it’s not for everyone!”
“too. many trees. lol,” someone else commented.
“Ok, I love Christmas decorations, but this is too much for me,” another said.
She also revealed that it takes her 10 days to set up and decorate all 13 of the trees.
But others insisted they were a fan of Mrs Heck’s Christmas setup.
“Girl you don’t have a problem what you have is a passionate spirit of Christmas,” one wrote.
“Love it!”
“I don’t see a problem here…? Maybe I need a full tour so I can evaluate,” another mused.
“We have 7 trees!!!! One in each room. People think I’m crazy,” a third commented.
“This is a talent. You should be selling decorated Christmas trees or renting them out,” someone else said.
“This is beautiful but looks like so much work,” another asked.
“Do you redecorate them every year or store them decorated?”
Mrs Heck then responded in another video, as she said: “It is a lot of work. I don’t really know how I do it sometimes, honestly, because,
“I mean, just health wise, I have Hashimoto’s hypothyroidism, and I’m a type 1 diabetic, so I’m usually tired all the time.
“But I do find the energy during the holidays to get these darn trees up, because I know how they’re gonna make me feel, and they make me feel happy.
“They make the hard days a little bit easier, you know what I mean?”
She added that she has a storage unit near her house that she keeps the trees in.
She also keeps the ornaments “together for each tree”.
Mrs Heck brings the trees into her house in mid October, and starts decorating them at about 4am.
She decorates from 4am to 6am, before going to work.
“I think the taking down is what’s really, really hard,” she said.
“That’s more work than I think, putting them up.”
Concluding, she said: “I know that sometimes it just looks crazy, but I love it.
“I love Christmas.”
