Second verse, same as the first. Or seventh verse. To absolutely no one’s surprise, Jag won the final Veto of “Big Brother 25” on Friday. It’s his record-setting seventh Veto of the season, eclipsing the mark of six Michael Bruner set just last year, and his ninth comp win total, tying Michael and Janelle Pierzina.
Jag is obviously not going to use the Veto, so Felicia and Matt will remain on the block for Sunday’s live eviction. Now the question is: Will Jag actually cut Matt? He should if he wants to win and he’s spent the past week putting in the work with Bowie Jane to ensure she’d take him to final two over Matt. And of course, he also believes Felicia would be an easier final two opponent than Matt. But the Mafia has been rock solid the past week to the point of ostracizing Felicia and Cirie, so he could be myopic enough to cut Felicia.
Matt getting evicted by the person he saved with his power would be incredibly ironic but hilarious. He already decimated his position by betraying and losing Cirie and hasn’t fortified his final two options like Jag has with Bowie. Not to mention, he could’ve targeted Jag himself last week.
So if Matt goes on Sunday, the only thing that will stop a probable Jag victory is Felicia somehow winning the final HOH and booting him.
