A VAN dweller has shared an insight into her life on the road, which included a scenic stopover beside a river.
The 40-year-old singleton showed her followers how she eats each meal outdoors with her dog by her side.
In her video, Annie (@annsvan) took viewers along as she prepared and enjoyed lunch with a beautiful backdrop.
The TikToker explained: “Just making lunch as a single 40-year-old woman living down by the river.”
Annie demonstrated how she easily creates an outdoor dining table by opening the back doors of her van and pulling out a board from one of her cabinets.
She wiped down the table’s surface and set up her hot plate and frying pan.
Annie showed her audience the woven basket she uses to store her kitchen ingredients.
She then prepared herself a sandwich and danced by the river as it fried on her hot plate.
“I picked these pears from my mom’s yard and this sandwich is a 10 out of 10,” Annie told her audience.
Both her pets watched on as she prepared and enjoyed her scenic meal.
Annie’s cat even attempted to steal a bite of her lunch by jumping onto the table.
Annie’s golden retriever lay on her bed and watched on as she ate her lunch.
TikTok users took to the comments section to share their thoughts on the setup.
“I am 40, have a child, in a seven-year relationship, part of me aches for this. To be alone with my animals like I used to be,” said one follower.
Another viewer wrote: “[You’re] 40?! You look like you’re in your 20s!! Also living in a van seems like the perfect life.”
“I love this whole vibe so much!!” commented a third person.
