Tecovas Gives Popular Cowgirl Boot Styles a Metallic Update
Tecovas is offering some of its best-selling styles now in trendy metallic hues.
The brand’s popular Daisy and Sadie styles are getting a major metallic upgrade in accordance with the current metallic craze that’s seemingly sweeping every industry. Retailing for $245, the re-upped Daisy features a western-inspired silhouette filled with attitude cast in supple shiny silver leather.
The ankle-length boot includes side zipper closures for easy-on action, snip toes, Tecovas signature toe bug and thick and sturdy wood 2 1/2 inch block heels wrapped in leather.
For those less adventurous dressers, the Daisy boot comes in neutral “Bone,” “Midnight,” “Scotch,” “Caramel,” “Sand Relic,” “Sienna” and “Sequoia” colorways. Some styles are crafted out of suede while others are made of lizard and bovine.
Retailing for $275, the calf-length Sadie cowboy boot features a similarly western-inspired silhouette with a vintage quality. The new and improved boot features glossy silver metallic uppers with sprawling ornate botanical embossed detailing along with snip toes, Goodyear welt, plush leather soles and thick 2-inch leather-wrapped block heels.
The Sadie boot also comes in a suede “Cactus,” goat “Ivory,” suede “Almond,” bovine “Rustic Brown” and lizard “Midnight Relic” colorways. Both the Daisy and Sadie styles come in a wide range of sizes.
Metallics are having a moment in 2023. The shiny chrome color is a popular choice from footwear to phone cases, likely thanks in part to Beyonce’s 2023 “Renaissance Tour” dress code. Concert attendees were encouraged to wear their best silver and chrome looks and the BeyHive did not disappoint. Elsewhere, brands like Coach, Chanel, Loewe and Prada implemented the striking trend into many of this season’s footwear offerings.
