Love Island star Joanna Chimonides has shown off her latest home – stuffing the pristine pad with bargain buys.
Joanna – who shot to fame on the ITV2 reality show back in 2019 – has enjoyed huge success since leaving the villa, landing a string of brand deals including collaborations with clothing brand South Beach and JD Women.
The reality star invested her money in property, buying a few flats and in April she splashed out on a three-bedroom detached home.
Joanna revealed that she had purchased her FIFTH property and was busy working on renovating the house.
Sharing a snap of her posing with the house keys, the influencer wrote: “5th property under my belt. BUT THIS TIME, I’ll be renovating my house to a home.
“I want to share this journey with you all! This renovation world is all new to me, so I’ll need your help & opinions on the way.”
Joanna has shared her renovation journey with her fans, showing snaps of the bathroom, kitchen and bedrooms when it was first purchased.
The house has been given a complete overhaul with the flooring being ripped out and the walls replastered and repainted.
The media personality has also updated her staircase with brand new cream carpet.
Earlier this week, Joanna took a trip to furniture retailers DFS and invested in a three-piece sofa for her living room.
Sharing a snap of the oatmeal coloured chairs, Joanna wrote: “It’s official. I bought my sofas today!
“I found deciding on a sofa the hardest part of this entire journey – either they were not deep enough /not the colour I wanted! I found this one PERFECT!
“I changed the pillow colours also ! Up to 5 weeks from today, I’ll have my dream sofas, the material, depth and everything on these were the best I’ve tried so far.
“I went with a 4 people sofa, XL single seat & a large footstool.”
She has also decked out her home with black patterend side tables from discount home furnishing store Homesense and a selection of candles from The White Company.
Joanna also swapped her glass dinner table for a scratch resistant and extendable one.
Alongside a picture of the new item, she wrote: “Hello new table, so my previous table was driving me insane, as it was glass & all I could see was finger marks all the time, no matter how much I cleaned it.
“This newbie is scratch proof & extendable which is perfect, as I’m celebrating my birthday round mine & I can fit everyone round the table finally too.
“P.s I mixed and matched my chairs to see what will look cool but I have more black seats and a few more of the grey suede ! Just going to play around with the colours & see what works best.”

Joanna has had her fair share of drama in the romance department, thanks to her on-off relationship with Love Island‘s Michael Griffiths.
Michael sparked up a romance with Joanna in Casa Amor in last year’s series and ditched his then-flame Amber Gill to be with her.
After Joanna was booted off the show, Michael apologised to Amber and tried to reconcile with her – to no avail.
Despite vowing to “never go back there” with Michael, Joanna was pictured kissing the technician at a music festival back in August,
Discussing their passionate reunion, she admitted she couldn’t “switch off” her feelings.
She previously dated Leicester City footballer, Ben Chilwell, in 2018 – who was “furious” when she went on Love Island.
Joanna has also been linked to Strictly’s Giovanni Pernice.
