A 57-YEAR-OLD mother has demonstrated her jaw-dropping fitness level.
She could keep up with her 22-year-old son during workouts and even demonstrated her “spicy Mike Tyson push-ups.”
Suzi (@suzi1220) filmed herself working out in a video on TikTok.
“Spicy Mike Tyson push-ups,” she said.
She rocked a pink athletic top, paired with yellow shorts.
The mother made exercise look easy, as she did her push-up variations for the camera.
The video drew in many viewers who shared their thoughts in the comment section.
“Oh my goodness that’s going to be challenging tomorrow morning,” one wrote.
“I bet you can do it,” Suzi replied.
“Nice. Vibing colors in the fit,” another added.
“Oh yeah,” Suzi wrote back of her outfit. “I really didn’t even plan that.”
In yet another video, Suzi filmed herself working out with her 22-year-old son.
The duo performed a variety of challenging calisthenics exercises.
“Get a partner and do a work out together, especially outside,” she said. “Especially if he’s your son.”
“Suzi, you are such a great example your son and I imagine everyone around you,” one viewer commented.
