Sophie Turner Takes Louis Vuitton’s Sparkle High Boots to Dinner with Taylor Swift

Sophie Turner took sleek boots for a night on the town — complete with an all-star dinner.

On Saturday evening, Turner stepped out in New York City for dinner at Emilio’s Ballato with Taylor Swift, Blake Lively and Robyn Lively. For the occasion, the “Game of Thrones” star zipped into a pair of Louis Vuitton’s new knee-high boots. Her $2,080 Sparkle High style featured black leather uppers with narrow toes and 3.7-inch flared heels — given a gleaming flair from their metallic gold finish.

Shiny gold monogrammed chains trimmed each counter of Turner’s shoes, bringing the set a slick edge.

The style also served as a sharp base for the rest of Turner’s outfit: a buffed red-brown leather minidress with a collared neckline, long sleeves and front zipper. The “X-Men” star elevated the textured piece with several gold and diamond-covered rings, as well as tubular hoop earrings spliced in silver and gold metal. Turner completed her look with Vuitton’s Pochette Acessories — a small brown monogrammed pouch with a gold chain handle — that featured green leather front trim for a tonal finish.

When it comes to shoes, Turner’s style merges retro and edgy aesthetics. The star often dons Louis Vuitton pumps, boots and sandals on and off the red carpet, as she’s one of the brand’s ambassadors and muse to designer Nicolas Ghesquière. However, she’s also appeared at events in heels from Christian Louboutin, Jimmy Choo and Stuart Weitzman over the years. When off-duty, she regularly wears Yeezy slides, Black Star cowboy boots and Nike sneakers.
