A FITNESS fanatic has proven that anyone can have rock-hard abs regardless of their age.
The 54-year-old showed off her impressive physique to her TikTok followers.
In her video, Adina (@adinafit_1967) took part in a viral trend where TikTok users showed off their sculpted figures.
She challenged viewers to do the same, asking them to “tell me you’ve got a nice package without telling me you’ve got a nice package.”
Adina used her platform to promote fitness among people in their 50s and above.
“This is 54, tell me again you can not have fit abs over 50 and after kids,” she said.
As part of her “Fit over 50” angle, she lifted her gray cami top to show off her toned midriff.
She revealed her six-pack abs to her followers before turning to show off her whole figure.
Keeping with her fitness aesthetic, Adina modeled a pair of patterned exercise leggings and a black baseball cap.
In the caption of the clip, the avid gym-goer called herself “54 years young.”
The self-described “fit mom” explained to her followers that she “acts and dresses young.”
Adina uses her online platform to encourage and motivate others on their fitness journey.
