She completed the casual look with similar ribbed bicycle shorts and a pair of white running trainers.
The mother of three accessorised with a set of expensive Miu Miu tortoise sunglasses.
The star smiled at the camera while her radiant, make-up free face glowed in the sun.
Helen only applied a smear of lip balm to her plumped lips.
She tied her blonde locks up in a messy low bun away from her face.
It comes after Helen was recently mum-shamed by online trolls after sharing a glam outfit video.
Last week, the glam diva uploaded a new video in which she stood for the camera while showing off her beautiful new dress to followers.
However, the 33-year-old received hate from cruel trolls who took issue with the way she posed, with one reportedly mum-shaming her.
She was criticised for being “an attention seeker” by disgruntled followers who asked her to dress “more appropriately.”
One person attacked Helen’s mouth in the comments section of the post, writing: “Honestly can’t stand the way she poses with her mouth.”
Another agreed: “Can’t she close her mouth tho instead of pouting constantly.”
