Julia Fox Turns Heads On The Streets Of New York in Black Peep-Toe Mules For The Premiere Of ‘Something You Said Last Night’
Julia Fox attended the premiere of the comedy-drama film “Something You Said Last Night” held yesterday in New York.
Although they were hard to see over the hem of her sweeping skirt, Fox donned a pair of black mules. The fall-centric style appeared to be comprised of shiny leather uppers that transitioned into breezy open and rounded toes and a sturdy walkable construction.
Additionally, the shoes featured a backless construction, like most sandals or mules do, that likely transitioned into thin 3 to 4-inch heels stiletto heels, offering the thespian a subtle boost. The footwear makes for the perfect transitional piece from summer to fall.
Daring as usual, the “Uncut Gems” muse donned a futuristic metallic silver caged corset top worn with a silky black low-waisted maxi skirt that swept the floor. Rounding out her look, Fox sported a pair of black sheer tulle gloves that traveled the length of her arms and toted a black bag in the shape of a crow that offered her look a touch of camp.
Fox has worn a variety of sleek dresses and catsuits for past red carpet appearances hailing from Alexander Wang, Dior and Jean Paul Gaultier. The “PVT Chat” actress‘ formal footwear game includes big names like Christian Louboutin, Giuseppe Zanotti and Manolo Blahnik. Fox has become a rising star in the fashion world, attending Diesel and Versace shows during Fashion Month. Fox also recently made her runway debut in LaQuan Smith’s fall 2022 fashion show.
“Something You Said Last Night” is an upcoming comedy-drama film directed by Luis De Filippis that follows Ren, an aspiring writer in her twenties, and her younger sister Siena as they reluctantly accompany their parents on a family vacation. The film’s cast features the likes of Carmen Madonia, Paige Evans and Ramona Milano among others.
