MARRIED at First Sight groom Thomas INSULTS his new bride Rosaline on their awkward honeymoon during tonight’s episode.
The E4 show returned to our screens for its eighth series on Monday – and it’s already brought drama to our screens.
In an exclusive clip from this evening’s episode, it looks like one of the couples isn’t getting on after tying the knot.
Florist Rosaline, 28, and 27-year-old Thomas, who works in investment communications, were put together by the relationship experts and said ‘I Do’ shortly after meeting for the first time.
This evening viewers will see the pair jet off to Austria on their honeymoon and spend time as a couple – but things don’t look like they are going well.
After they go skiing Rosaline and Thomas sit down and have a chat about the activity, which allows her to bring up her worries.
Rosaline says: “At least we had a bit of touch. I’ve been like: ‘Do you think we should cuddle? Do you think we should have a cuddle?’ and you’re like: ‘Absolutely not!’
Thomas replies: “You can’t force those things. Otherwise it is just going to feel forced and unnatural. And somebody ends up getting hurt.”
He continues: “I don’t want to do anything that makes us uncomfortable and unreciperacated.”
“I don’t think cuddles are uncomfortable,” Rosaline snaps back.
Thomas replies: “No they aren’t uncomfortable, but also I feel like in four days, I still trying to manoeuvre the closeness.”
Rosaline says back: “Just a friend cuddle. That will help.”
Thomas brutally replies: “Yeah… but I’m just not going to go cuddling a stranger.”
Rosaline says to camera: “I can’t believe that Thomas has just called us strangers.
“We’re married and I’m his wife. Like we’re not strangers.”
