Strictly pro ‘fuming’ as they’re snubbed by bosses and without a celebrity partner
A STRICTLY Come Dancing professional has been ‘fuming’ after she was snubbed by bosses and left without a celebrity partner.
The hit BBC One show is back this month but Nadiya Bychkova has been left out of the new series.
Nadiya, 34, joined the show in 2017 and has had a celebrity partner each year since then.
However bosses have not given her a famous partner this year – a move that’s left her ‘seething’.
The Mirror reports she’s been left fuming and crushed by the decision as she’ll miss out on a chance at lifting the glitterball trophy.
A source said: “Nadiya lives and breathes Strictly, and so to hear that she wouldn’t have a celebrity partner this year was crushing for her.
“She was both gutted, and very, very angry. She has come to terms with it over the past few weeks, and will do her best to support Kai during the series.
“But it was devastating news for her.”
It comes after Nadiya liked comment from a fan who hit out at Beeb bosses for their decision.
The message said: “I can’t believe (they) treat you like c***. I thought this would finally be your year to get to the final and win. What’s wrong with you @BBCStrictly producers?”
Nadiya had turned down the chance at appearing on the Strictly Come Dancing live tour this year and instead hit the road with Kai, 28, for their own shows.
This year’s Strictly stars posed for a glamorous photoshoot ahead of the new series kicking off on September 16th.
