In an ongoing dedication to serving military personnel, British Forces Resettlement Services (BFRS) are all set to host their largest National Careers Fair on September 14th, 2023, at Tidworth Leisure Centre. This BFRS flagship event in its 12th year promises yet again, to empower service personnel as they prepare to step out of uniform and into civilian life.
With a steadfast and ongoing commitment to supporting the remarkable transition from military life to civilian careers, BFRS Tidworth National Careers Fair has been an annual event for over 10 years and offers a comprehensive platform for the Armed Forces Community (AFC) to explore an array of opportunities and chart their post-service path.
As the sun rises on September 14th, the Tidworth Leisure Centre will be buzzing with a wide and varied mix of exhibitors from all sectors. With networking possibilities and opportunities tailored to provide the necessary tools for a successful transition into civilian careers.
This Careers Fair is sponsored by AIS Survivex who are part of the 3t Energy Group and offer exemplary training in the wind, offshore, construction and energy sectors.

CV And Interview Skills Workshop: BFRS hold an invaluable CV writing and interview skills workshop on the day before, Wednesday 13th
September and this is ideal for those who are looking to develop an insight into current recruitment methods and those who are new to CV writing and creation or need a refresher

The Tidworth event is by far the largest and most successful of our annual event programme, it provides the AFC access to over 100 exhibitors who represent a wide range of commercial sectors, they not only offer employment opportunities/training/support, but importantly many are able to offer advice from their own military to civilian transitional experiences. That said, this event is a ‘stepping stone’ and BFRS is committed to supporting the AFC beyond their time in uniform.
