I had a big gym session but noticed something awkward when I got home, even my dog was embarrassed
A THOROUGH gym session has left one woman with an awkward appearance.
After breaking a sweat with her fitness routine, even her dog seemed embarrassed of her look.
Sabrina Herritt (@bri_herritt) filmed herself after exercising in a video on TikTok.
She wore activewear, including green leggings with a matching sports bra.
“I just want to say that my gym pictures and feed is going to go crazy in this lighting. I just worked out,” she said as she posed for the camera.
She showed her sweat marks throughout her body, first showing the under-boob area.
“Peep the sweat stains,” she said.
Next, she showed sweat marks in the crotch region of her workout leggings.
Finally, she turned around to show that she had sweat on her backside as well.
Her pet dog, named Waffles, looked on as Sabrina struck several poses for the camera.
“Waffles is like, ‘you’re embarrassing yourself, mom,’” she added.
Even so, Sabrina confidently flexed for the camera and showed off her muscle gains.
The video came as part of a trend in body positivity in all aspects.
Many content creators are sharing everything that makes their body unique, including different shapes.
Some are addressing normal bodily functions, like sweat from working out.
The trend is meant to show that everyone has quirks and people are not always picture perfect.
