Fans have been anxiously waiting to find out the official lineup – and it’s a good one this year with a Geordie Shore star as well as the first transgender contestant.

So, without further ado, here is the lineup for 2023.

The Grooms

Arthur, 30, London Tennis Coach

Arthur was born in Poland and, at 16, his mother and step father brought him to England.

He didn’t speak a word of English and had to take on the role of raising his one-year-old brother so his parents could work.

Now, Arthur is a successful tennis coach and travels all over the world to coach the most successful players.

Whilst he likes to hold the room, Arthur is ready for that committed, loving relationship and wants the fairy tale he has dreamed of since being a young boy.

“I’m ready to find the love of my life,” Arthur said.

Brad, 27, Grimsby Model

Brad is comfortable and secure in who he is, and says he doesn’t care what people think about him, as long as he’s being his authentic self.

With his bad-boy look, Brad had success from an early age with his modelling career.

Since then, he has ended up feeling overwhelmed with the party lifestyle, so turned to spirituality.

Wearing his heart on his sleeve, Brad falls quickly in relationships. He is a firm believer that people only fall in love three times in life, so he’s hoping that Married at First Sight UK will be third time lucky.

“I trust the experts with all my heart that they have matched me well,” Brad said.

Georges, 30 Surrey, Sports Rehabilitator

Georges grew up in Romsey and spent most of his childhood in private school followed by boarding school. Single for the last four years, Georges describes himself as weird and wonderful.

He’s outspoken and unafraid of ruffling feathers.

Georges will happily admit he’s an eccentric rich kid and he aspires to live a life of luxury forever, ideally with a like-minded partner by his side.

Hopeful to find love, Georges said: “I said to the Experts that I will give 120%. I trust them and I’m going to trust the process.”

Luke, 30 Clacton, Sales Executive

In his local town, Luke is known as the “funny one.” No matter the time of day, Luke can always be relied upon to make silly jokes.

The social butterfly is often hitting his goals, but there is one he can’t seem to crack – and that is finding a wife. Luke has had his fair share of rejection over the years, and he struggles to meet a girl who is willing to be all in.

Describing his dating life as “a mess,” Luke is sick of dating apps. He is hoping the experts can help him find a down to earth woman who is after the same end goal as him, as having a happy family is all he’s ever wanted.

“I’m really open so I know I can make things work and build, I’m just hoping she has the same attitude,” Luke said.

Nathanial, 36 Manchester, Events Marketing Manager

The reality TV star exudes charisma and charm. Being an events marketing manager with a jet-set lifestyle, Nathanial is always on the move.

He is on the search for love, open-minded and focused on finding that perfect connection.

“I don’t trust anyone but myself, but I hope they’ve done a good job that’s all I can say,” Nathanial revealed.

Paul, 26 Chesham, Account Manager

Paul lights up every room he enters and is a true socialite with a zest for life and adventure. Never one to sit still, Paul leads an extremely active lifestyle. He’s a keen footballer, boxer and gym goer.

Paul would love to meet somebody with a similar outlook on life. He has made many attempts to have a proper relationship, but nothing seems to stick.

Failed conventional dating methods have left him longing for lasting love and he’s determined to tackle this experiment head on in a bid to meet his soulmate once and for all.

Paul admitted: “I hope the experts literally hand delivered my best friend and life partner.”

Terence, 40 Reading, Youth Worker/DJ

Father-of-three Terence is the life and soul of the party with a heart of gold and his friends and family describe his personality as optimistic and vibrant.

For the past two years of being single, Terence has led a bachelor lifestyle. However, hitting 40 was a turning point and he feels that he is finally ready to find the one.

“I’m looking forward to it and I’m excited. The only bit I’m worried about is whether she’ll like me, ” Terence added.

Thomas, 27 Wiltshire, Investment Communications

This traditional, animal-loving gent is looking to find a soulmate who will accept not just him but his feline friends.

Spending his teens living in Indonesia with his family sparked a passion in Thomas for travel and adventure.

He is a gentleman whose love language is gift-giving, so he wants to find a lady who he can spoil and look after.

Thomas is ready to flourish in a marriage and is excited to watch his bride walk down the aisle.

“I’m excited to meet this person and see what we could do together,” Thomas penned.

She knows what she does and doesn’t want in life since her former partner unexpectedly ended their marriage.

But Laura is not giving up on love and is ready to commit entirely to the experiment and hopefully leave the process with the love of her life. “Let’s get married -second time lucky?

Laura said: “I have my fingers firmly crossed for a positive outcome – I don’t want another divorce.”

Standing at 5’10”, it is fair to say Peggy turns heads whenever she enters a room.

Over the years, the secret geek has picked up the nickname -“Picky Peggy,” due to how she is with men and “Peggy in the middle,” as she is always the centre of any drama.

She lives the glam life, but when it comes to men she is still searching for a happy conclusion to her fairy tale.

Peggy is more than ready for her knight in shining armour, and she will not stop until she gets what she wants – a man!

She shared: “I want that lover and someone who can also be my best friend.”

Porscha is a force to be reckoned with, but ultimately has a big heart. She is old school when it comes to love and has traditional values.

She is a very loving single mum and holds her Christian faith in high regard. After exhausting all her options, Porscha has come to the experiment to find her alpha male.

“I’m trying not to think too much about the fact that I’m marrying a total stranger because I’ll probably psych myself out,” Porscha said.

Rosaline, 28 Crewe, Florist

She has everything going for her:a great job, her own home, and a wonderful family.

There’s only one thing missing – a husband! After a number of failed relationships, Shona is eager to enlist the help of the experts to break the cycle of whirlwind flings, once and for all.

“My happily ever after would be for him and I to go through the experiment and really try and grow together,” Shona said.

Tasha, 25 Leeds, Childcare Assistant

Pictured: Tasha
There’s more to life than meets the eye with Tasha
Matt Monfredi / Channel 4

Tasha describes herself as a “typical Leeds girl” because she’s the life and soul of the party.

Underneath her sassy exterior, Tasha is very caring and has a lot of love to give. She dreams of starting a family of her own one day so is looking for a man who loves children as much as she does.

She has dated men who have wanted to be with her for her superficial looks and not actually the person inside. She wants to find someone who can go deeper than surface level.

“I have faith in the experts that I could find the love of my life – the Ant to my Dec,” Tasha shared.

Expert Paul C. Brunson hinted that this series will be the most “explosive” ever.

He told The Sun, for the first time, all three experts will visit the couples’ apartments during the show to offer marital counselling.

“You’ll see in this series we make visits to their apartments, myself, Charlene and Mel,” Brunson told the publication.

“It has happened individually before – with that sex visit to Kwame and Kasia, but this will be the first series that you see all of us make independent visits to their apartments, and group visits to help them along.

“I think it’s really good because you get a chance to get to see us do what each of us is an expert in.”
