Just turned 40 and my skin is smoother than when I was 35 – my Ayurvedic must-have diminished my lines and wrinkles
A HOLISTIC therapist has sworn her Ayurvedic must-have has diminished her lines and wrinkles.
She said she has never looked better, and her skin at 40 is far smoother than when she was 35.
Tab (@tabrestored) is a holistic therapist and has 223,000 followers.
She is also an advocate for a toxin-free lifestyle.
This lady embraces that philosophy in all aspects of her life, including food, cleaning materials, and her beauty regime.
It must be working for, as she demonstrated in her post, she is often asked her age.
“How old are you? You look so young.”
Tab puts her age-defying looks firmly down to a product called shilajit.
“I only take a few supplements and this is one of them,” she admitted.
“Hormonal acne cleared and the only new thing I’ve introduced is this [shilajit],” she said.
“I get a lot of comments that I’m not old enough to have wrinkles but I just turned 40 and my skin is more smooth than when I was 35.”
This wasn’t a product to be rubbed over the face, however.
In her post, she added some of the wonder supplement to a glass and prepared to drink it.
“Not only does shilajit make skin clearer but another benefit is my fine lines and wrinkles have greatly diminished.”
But there were other benefits too, including increased energy and libido and better sleep.
There were already converts in the comments to her post.
