YOU think you’ve found the perfect pair of black leggings, but you step outside and realise they’re completely see-through.
It’s an incredibly irritating situation that lots of us have found ourselves in over the years.
But when one woman took to Facebook to ask for recommendations, she was bombarded with people raving about this Sinophant £9.99 pair from Amazon[/caption]But thanks to one woman’s request for advice on where to buy the best non-sheer black leggings, it’s one we might never have to experience again.
Rachael took to the Family Lowdown Tips and Ideas group on Facebook, as she wrote: “Best place to get BLACK leggings that don’t go see through.
“But being a cheap skate and don’t want to spend like £20 on 1 pair!
“Pictures and links appreciated.”
Soon after posting the request, Rachael started to receive people’s suggestions – with many saying the same thing.
“These are the best ones I’ve ever brought and they were recommended by someone in here a while ago,” one person wrote, sharing a link to the Sinophant High-Waisted leggings on Amazon.
“They are only £9.99 at the moment, absolute bargain. I wouldn’t get them from anywhere else now.”
“I agree I buy these in the 3 pack,” another added.
“As I am a bigger woman I need ones that stretch but not see through. These are great!”
“Another vote for these!” a third commented.
“I used to wear primark ones that just bagged over time I had baggy knees lol but these are great.
“I also have chronic pelvic and hip pain so can’t wear tight clothing.
“These are shaped to you but aren’t tight or restricting.”
“Just came to recommend these. They’re brilliant,” someone else raved.
As another added: “I have a cafe and wear leggings 7 days a week been through loads and these are miles and miles the best ever!”
“What about when you squat, are they see through then?” another asked.
“I also only purchase these now…. Absolute game changer,” someone else insisted.
To which someone else replied: “No, I’ve tested that and bent over in the mirror!!
“Haha they are not see through.”
The leggings have also passed the “squat test”, one woman insisted[/caption]
