SERIAL killer Levi Bellfield is suing the Government in a bid to overturn a ban on pictures being taken at his jail wedding.
And justice chiefs are set to cave in to his human rights demands again — after they approved his marriage.
Levi Bellfield is suing the Government in a bid to overturn a ban on pictures being taken at his jail wedding[/caption]His solicitors have sent a letter to the jail and Ministry of Justice threatening a judicial review.
We told in June that Bellfield, 55 — whose victims include Milly Dowler, 13 — won the right to wed after threatening to sue.
But the killer — held at Frankland Prison, Co Durham — has been hit with a blanket ban on photographs and video calls.
He fears that would affect his wedding to his besotted jail visitor.
A source said: “He knows he has to have the photo ban overturned before he marries or he won’t be allowed to have any with his bride on the day.
“It’s sick they are using human rights laws again, but they know that is their route to success.”
The Ministry of Justice confirmed it had received the legal letter but declined to comment.
