Big Brother hosts tease first look at reboot as they start filming ahead of return
WILL Best and AJ Odudu have teased a first look at Big Brother’s reboot as filming kicks off.
The brand new co-hosts were announced as the new faces of the reality juggernaut earlier this year.
Will, 38 and AJ, 35, are replacing Emma Willis who hosted Big Brother on Channel 5.
As fans eagerly await the reboot’s big launch in October, filming has officially kicked off for the news series.
Taking to his Instagram, Will shared a behind-the-scenes clip from what appears to be filming for the show’s trailer.
A director’s clapperboard could be seen, which said ‘Big Brother’, as AJ sat opposite Will.
The pair then posed for a dressing room mirror snap, which said: “We’re up to something.”
It comes after ITV revealed the brand new colourful and loud Big Brother eye logo.
The Sun exclusively revealed how the new era of the reality show would not feature fame-hungry wannabes.
An insider said bosses have immediately said no to “Love Island-type contestants or fame-hungry influencers”.
Our source said: “Casting for the new series opened in October last year and there’s been an overwhelming response.
“Bosses have been blown away by the interest in Big Brother – but it shouldn’t be surprising given it’s the original reality show.
“The casting team and producers are now in the final selection stages and have shortlisted their favourite applicants.
“So far the potential housemates selected are diverse and reflective of the population. They’re hoping long-time fans of the show and new viewers are represented on screen.
“Applications have been extended for the final time to catch any last minute hopefuls but the process is very much almost complete.”
