‘Fat shamer’ Lizzo splits with long-term boyfriend who she called ‘love of my life’ and unfollows him on Instagram
LIZZO has split from her long-term boyfriend Myke Wright amid the mounting sexual harassment claims against her.
The Truth Hurts singer had hooked up with musician Myke two years ago after they co-hosted MTV live music show Wonderland together in 2016.
But I can reveal that their relationship has met a sour end, with Lizzo unfollowing him on Instagram and deleting all of her photos of them together.
She previously referred to Myke — who released his debut album Moxie last month — as the “love of my life”.
He had accompanied her as she travelled around the world on her Special Tour, which ended in July.
But it is believed the relationship became strained due to the sexual harassment lawsuit brought by three of the singer’s former dancers, and claims from Myke’s ex-girlfriend, Brooklyn Elizabeth Brown, that Lizzo was mean to her and eventually took her fella.
In a near ten-minute-long TikTok video which appeared last week, Brooklyn Elizabeth said: “It was heartbreaking. I was with him for ten years.
“I supported him through everything and when he finally got a big break, he left me for Lizzo.”
A source said: “Lizzo has taken the past few weeks very hard and her relationship has suffered.
“They had a big falling out and she is really upset.
“Both of them have thought of themselves as soulmates, so for it to end has been hard on them.
“Those close to them are hoping they will make up.”
It is bound to be devastating for four-time Grammy winner Lizzo, who rekindled her turbulent romance with Myke in 2021.
