The London Diamond Bourse has launched its inaugural mentor programme designed to provide support to students and newcomers in the diamond and jewellery industry.
One of the key features of the programme is the provision of a designated expert mentor to each participant.
These mentors, who possess extensive industry experience and a deep understanding of its intricacies, will engage in monthly one-on-one meetings with their mentees.
The programme aims to facilitate a “seamless transition” for students as they enter the industry.
The programme also offers a range of educational resources designed to expand the participants’ understanding of the diamond and jewellery trade.
These resources will be made available through curated workshops and seminars delivered by industry experts alongside the company’s ‘Diamond Practical Knowledge’ course.
Lastly, programme members will have exclusive access to a series of networking events where they can connect with established professionals.
Membership to the programme available on an annual basis, at £300 per year, or on a monthly basis for £30 inc VAT per month.
