Jane McDonald shares exciting update with fans after TV absence
THE Gogglebox fan favourite Jane McDonald ‘thrills’ her followers after announcing her comeback to the popular TV show next week.
Jane McDonald, 60, has revealed in a post on Instagram that she will be back on TV sooner than anticipated as filming for Celebrity Gogglebox commences.
Jane posted three intimate throwbacks of her and Gogglebox partner in crime Sue Ravey, 71, performing at her Making Memories tour in 2017.
In the first picture, Jane is seen wearing a ‘stunning’ sparkly cream two-piece with a pearl necklace and a full face of glam as she holds onto Sue, who is sitting down in a shiny cut-out black outfit while holding the mic close to her mouth and looking down.
Jane still holds onto Sue in the second picture as they face each other, with Sue now smiling at Jane, who looks on at her in admiration.
In her last snap, the sixty-year-old singer is pictured bursting out laughing while Sue looks the other way as she remains seated.
In her caption, Jane said: “Sue and I – always laughing! We’ve been filming again for Celebrity Gogglebox – next episode this Friday, 9pm on @channel4 (Photos from my 2017 Making Memories tour.)”
Fans quickly commented as one penned: “You two are brilliant on Gogglebox. You need your own show. Friendships like yours don’t happen often and are worth their weight in gold. “
A second person implied: “You two are so funny. I would love you two to have a chat show it would be hilarious”

The duo have been friends for many years, and fans have made it evident that they thoroughly enjoy the two on-screen together.
