Michael Jordan Isn’t Feeling Son Marcus Dating Larsa Pippen
Michael Jordan is none too please with his son’s relationship with Larsa Pippen.
On Sunday (July 2) the basketball icon, was asked his thoughts on Marcus’ relationship with Pippen, who is the ex-wife of Michael’s former teammate Scottie Pippen. Paps caught MJ leaving dinner at Matignon in Paris where they asked if he approved of the twosome’s romance, and he said flat out, “No” along with a laugh.
News broke back in September 2022 that Larsa, 48, and Marcus, 32, had started dating. At the time, the duo were keeping their relationship on the “down low” due to the longstanding rift between Scottie and Michael.
They took their relationship public earlier this year with a post on Instagram.
“Checks over stripes,” the Real Housewives of Miami star captioned an Instagram photo of the couple as they posed in Marcus’ Trophy Room boutique in front of a floral arrangement that resembled Michael’s basketball jersey.
Larsa — who finalized her divorce from Scottie in 2021, has proudly discussed her relationship on ‘RHOM’ and during a tense interview on “The Tamron Hall Show.”
The couple also have a iHeartRadio podcast, titled “Separation Anxiety,” and talk regularly about their relationship. Larsa has said that her four children — from her relationship with Scottie — love Marcus. She also said on Tamron that she’s in a good place with Marcus’ family.
“I feel like, we’ve spent holidays together and it’s good. We’re in a great place.”
Clearly she wasn’t talking about MJ.
