Robert and Susan‘s two youngest kids son Exton, 11, and daughter Avri, 8, will also be appearing in the series, and Robert said it was a “blast” working with them.
“[Susan] has raised him not to be a ham,” Robert said of Exton while chatting with People. “He’s not, like, putting together his audition tapes or anything. He’s just a natural extrovert when he wants to be.”
“There’s been a couple times when…he’s wanted to participate in something I was doing,” Robert continued. “And when I ran this one by him, he said, ‘Yeah, sure.’ And then he came in and absolutely wiped the floor with me.”
As for Avri, Robert he said she’s “a little different, even though she is off the charts in the series, too.”
Along with Exton and Avri, Robert is also dad son Indio, 29, whom he shares with ex-wife Deborah Falconer.
Downey’s Dream Cars premieres Thursday, June 22 on Max.
