We are offering Self-Defense Workshops for kids, teens & adults (3 separate workshops) on Saturday, July 8.
Please consider enrolling your kid(s) and/or yourself. This is an important life-skill that should be on everyone’s to-do list. NO EXPERIENCE NECESSARY. If you have done one of these before, it might be time to do another one…You can never be over-prepared! And each one has new material.
Schedule:
2:00-3:00pm KIDS (8-12 years old)
3:00-4:30pm TEENS (13-17 year olds)
4:30pm-6:00pm ADULTS (17 years old+)

Expert Instructor
Self-defense seminars are taught by Silicon Valley Karate LLC Chief Instructor Jon Keeling. Sensei Keeling started teaching traditional Karate in 1984 and self-defense in 1989 and teaches the self-defense course at Stanford University (and frequently additional workshops there). The author of over 100 articles relating to karate, he has studied a variety of other martial arts and has taken self-defense instructor courses with many of the top names in the industry. He has instructed self-defense to thousands of people locally and internationally.
