PAUL O’Grady’s husband Andre Portasio shared a heartbreaking post on what would have been the presenter’s 68th birthday.
The TV legend passed away “unexpectedly but peacefully” on March 28 after a sudden cardiac arrhythmia.
Today would have marked Paul‘s birthday, so his husband Andre , 42, took to Instagram to pay tribute to him on his special day.
He shared one picture of Paul holding an impressive birthday cake, a and another stunning picture of the couple together at the beach.
Andre said: “HAPPY HEAVENLY BIRTHDAY. Myself and dogs miss you lots and we can only wish you were here with us.
“Love you always @paulogrady.”
Many rushed to the comments section to send their love.
EastEnders’ Cheryl Fergison said: “Love to you on this day Andre … Wishing the boy a happy Birthday and hugs for you and the pooch’s.”
A fan wrote: “Andre he will always be there looking after you and the dogs. Happy Birthday in Heaven wonderful man.”

Paul’s funeral took place on April 20.
He was farewelled at a private service at St Rumwold’s Parish Church in Bonnington.
The star was then laid to rest next to the grave of his partner Brendan Murphy, who died in 2005.
Paul is a huge TV legend who has starred in a number of programmes including Blankety Blank, The Paul O’Grady Show and Paul O’Grady Live.
Another fan favourite is For The Love of Dogs.
Last month The Sun revealed that Amanda Holden, who was a pal of the late entertainer and is also an ambassador for Battersea Dogs & Cats Home where the show is based, is set to replace Paul.
Paul and Andre started dating in 2006 and tied the knot 11 years later.
