I bought a £100,000 Tesla – here are five things I hate about my electric car
A MAN who bought a £100,000 Tesla has revealed the five things he hates about his electric car.
The owner of the expensive EV took to social media to explain the drawbacks of owning a Tesla.
TikTok user @suppomancrypto says that he doesn’t like that his car’s paint is white because you can see all the dirt.
Secondly, he complained about the white seats – which make the stains more visible.
Third, he slammed the motor’s sun visor.
He told his viewers: “This car has a visor that doesn’t properly protect from the sun. And if you get your finger trapped on the door, it will get broken.
“And number five, the Falcon doors are slow, which means it takes ages to get out of the back.”
However, the TikTok user thinks it’s amazing that you can charge the car for free.
But, Tesla operates two different charging networks – Destination and Supercharger.
Destination chargers are installed at locations such as hotels – where drivers are likely to spend a longer period of time, while the Supercharger network allows Tesla drivers to rapidly charge on the UK’s major trunk roads.
Destination chargers are free to use by all Tesla drivers who are customers of the destinations where points are located.
And Tesla Superchargers cost approximately 52p/kWh.
The video has gone viral on social media with over 35,500 views – and 130 comments.
But people are not too convinced by the arguments the poster gave.
One asked the poster: “So why did you buy it in white.”
Another said: “Change the colour and interior EINSTEIN.”
A third pointed out: “Be grateful that you have a Tesla, thank you.”
This comes after a driver who bought a £100k Tesla Model S claimed that it looks like it was built by a group of toddlers.
