Former President Donald Trump is miffed that Dominion Voting Systems negotiated a hefty settlement from Fox News – and he got nothing.
"So Dominion gets almost a Billion Dollars and I, after years of Fake News, Hoaxes, Scams, and Investigations, am entitled to NOTHING?" wrote Trump on his personal social media site.
Dominion's case against Fox News was actually settled for $787.5 million. The company had sued over Fox News' messaging that the 2020 election was rigged.
Trump filed a lawsuit against CNN in October last year, seeking $475 million in damages after he said the network defamed him. He has yet to have any damages awarded to him.
He also sued Hillary Clinton's 2016 campaign, claiming she tried to rig the election by trying to link his campaign to Russia.
That suit was thrown out in January this year with a scathing ruling by the judge.
"This case should never have been brought. Its inadequacy as a legal claim was evident from the start. No reasonable lawyer would have filed it. Intended for a political purpose, none of the counts of the amended complaint stated a cognizable legal claim," wrote Florida-based federal District Judge Donald Middlebrooks.
The lawsuit against Hillary Clinton was declared "frivolous," and the court issued a nearly $1 million fine.
Trump was ordered pay $5 million in damages to E. Jean Carroll earlier this month after a court found him liable of sexual abuse and defamation. She has a second case against him which is still ongoing.
