It turns out GYATT is an abbreviation of “godd**n” and used as an expression of appreciation for women with curvy figures.
Other sites also mention GYAT which apparently an acronym.
According to Acronym Finder, GYATT stands for Get Your Act Together.
GYAT was generally used to tell someone they’re behaving inappropriately or telling them to behave in a better manner.
