A FIT woman in her 30s has shared why she’s in her best decade yet.
She said her skin-tightening secrets make her look younger at 34 than she did at 26 years old.
Elizabeth Kennedy (@lizkennedy__) showed herself in an all-white activewear set while working out in a video posted to TikTok.
“I’m 34 and look better than I did at 26,” read the text over the video.
“I keep my skin tight by lifting weights two times a week [and] pilates once a week,” she revealed.
Other hacks she mentioned included: retinol, dry brushing, lymphatic massage, and the Mediterranean diet.
“And I take zero bulls**t,” she said. “That’s the real secret to keeping it tight and right.”
She added some words of wisdom for those fearful about entering their 30s.
“Your 30s are elite,” she added in the caption.
The video drew in many viewers who shared their thoughts in the caption.
“Almost 37, two kids, never looked better,” one wrote.
“People act like 30s is death here it’s so weird,” Elizabeth replied.
“33 and in the best shape of my life,” another added. “Your 30’s truly are amazing.”
