Molly-Mae Hague opens up on ‘overwhelming’ times as a mum in heartfelt post
MOLLY-MAE Hague has given a candid take on mum life as she kept it real with her Instagram fans.
The mum-of-one, 23 – who shares daughter Bambi with boxer Tommy Fury, 24, – has always been frank about her maternity experience with her followers.
Recently she told how she felt “zombified” juggling her three-month old with work before mum-shaming fans accused of her of leaving them “uneasy” with her conduct.
Now the former Love Island star has offered a glimmer of hope for her fellow new mums who may be feeling overwhelmed.
Molly posted a pair of black and white snaps showing her cuddling the tot on a day out.
On the second image, the little girl is seen cheekily sticking her tongue out.
In her no-frills caption, Molly told of the reality of her parenting journey.
She wrote: “Being a mum consists of great days, bad days, normal days, overwhelming days, perfect days, sad days… a lot of days of just making it to the end of the day! But through it all, a crazy amount of love.
“To my new mums out there who are reading this… when people say ‘it gets easier’ it really isn’t just a passing comment. You’ve got this.”
Molly’s sister Zoe was quick to comment: “You’re both incredible. So much respect I love you so much.”
Her fans followed suit, with one posting: “So true! She’s incredible.”
Another put: “The very very very best days. So good your using your platform to be honest about being a Mum.”
A third continued: “Thank you for always keeping it real, I have so much respect for that! Molly you’re an amazing mum to your beautiful little Bambi!! You’ve got this.”
Another wrote: “Thank you for being honest. Being a mum is HARD. It’s totally amazing in so many ways but so tough too.”
Molly has previously been mum-shamed for taking her first baby overseas to the hot climes of the UAE.
She was even accused of “dangerous” misinformation about breastfeeding in her latest YouTube video.
Recently, she faced more flack for apparently not sharing her “tired, emotional, crazy rollercoaster of mum life” – as opposed to her adorable holiday snaps.
Fans claimed this made them “uneasy” as to the reality of her life as a parent of one.
More recently, the influencer was called out for appearing to hide her left hand amid engagement rumours with Tommy.
Earlier this week, she again hid her ring finger as she hit town.
The happy couple, who met on Love Island in 2019, welcomed their first child in January.
