Nate Diaz accuses Jake Paul of being ‘on STEROIDS’ as he demands huge change to boxing match after jail release
NATE DIAZ has made a sensational fight demand to Jake Paul – who he’s accused of being “ON STEROIDS”.
The UFC legend is set to throw down with the youngest Paul brother on August 5 in a boxing match in Dallas, Texas.
The grudge match is set to be an eight-round affair – but MMA fan favourite Diaz wants more rounds to teach The Problem Child a lesson.
Early on Saturday morning, the Stockton slugger tweeted: “12 rounds.”
Diaz, 38, followed that up by demand by accusing YouTuber turned-boxer Paul of taking steroids.
He added: “Ur on steroids so let’s put that shit to work.”
Diaz’s legion of followers were quick to react to the allegation, with one saying: “Damn…shots fired!”
Another said: “Get ’em, bro.”
And another said: “Easy money.”
One remarked: “Nate the Great.”

Paul himself reacted to the allegation, reminding Diaz he failed a drug test, albeit due to a tainted supplement, ahead of his 2019 showdown with Jorge Masvidal – which went ahead after he was cleared of cheating.
He said: “You speaking to me Nathan? We haven’t forgotten that you tested positive for steroids.”
He added: “Let’s do 15 rounds and see how good those cannabis-corroded lungs are.
“VADA going to be coming to Stockton to slap you up.”
Diaz’s positive test in 2019 returned traces of the banned Selective Androgen Receptor Modulator LGD-4033 – which the United States Anti-Doping Agency discovered was the result of his ingesting a tainted multivitamin.
Paul has faced several doping allegations since entering the boxing world, including one from UFC president Dana White.
A fortnight after his rematch with Tyron Woodley, he said: “Dana, I accepted every part of your challenge. I said I would fight [Jorge] Masvidal in MMA.
“Steroid test me whenever the f**k you want.
“It is two weeks after my fight and I’m a fat b***h.
“And I take it as a compliment because there’s no other excuse to me knocking out all your champions [than].’ This kid does steroids.’
“Look at me. Look at that, a fat b***h.
“If you steroid test me, I want to steroid test every one of your fighters. Ohhh, you don’t want to do it though, will you?”
Paul has been tested by multiple athletic commissions during his brief fight career and has not returned a positive test.
