A FITNESS trainer has shared a body confident message with the notion that the scale doesn’t matter as much as people think.
She showed viewers how 180 pounds looks on her toned 5’9″ shape, showing that muscle weighs more than fat.
Fitness coach Joanna Rock (@joannarocket) has gone through a winding journey to achieve the fit body she has now.
She now weighs 180 pounds but not too long ago, she weight around a lean 110 pounds.
Many people don’t believe that she weighs that much, simply because of how defined her body is at her solid height of five foot nine.
In a TikTok video, she explains how muscle weighs more than fat and how “the scale doesn’t tell you the full picture.”
When the video began, Joanna was preparing to deadlift in the gym.
She wore a matching athletic set, complete with a long-sleeve black crop top, leggings, high white socks, and white sneakers.
She flipped around her long straight hair before she knelt down to pick up the barbell in the simple style.
“Can any girl show me what a 110 to 190-pound body looks like?” the audio said.
She used the sound to share her body positive message about how the scale doesn’t matter and muscle weighs more than fat.
Thus, she weighs more than she may look.
Many women resonated with the video and shared their feedback in the comment section of the video.
