I’m a gym girl – I changed my glute workout and unlocked an hourglass figure in six months
A DEDICATED fitness enthusiast has shared that she grew her own hourglass figures in only six months.
The fit beauty said she is teaching others to do the same.
Emely Sosa (@esl.mov) posted a video of herself six months prior.
She sported a skin-tight green top paired with fitted light blue shorts.
“POV: you start doing the correct glute workouts for your heart shape,” read text over the video.
“Heart shape” typically refers to different types of backside curves.
Next, the gym girl showed a clip of herself looking visibly curvier in her skin-tight beige shorts.
She specified the time lapse: “six months later.”
Emely not only achieved the curvier bottom for herself, she revealed she’s helping others do the same.
“Glute shape guides in bio,” she added in the caption, leading to glute guides for $35 a piece.
The fitness guru also gave some hints, free of charge, on how to get started on growing a bigger butt.
“In the first video I’ve been working my medius for years, when the medius grows, it enhances the top aka gives you a boxy shape (which is what I want),” she said.
The video drew in many viewers who expressed their opinions in the comment section.
