CAROL Vorderman flaunted her toned abs in a tight lycra outfit during a sweaty workout.
The former Countdown host, took to Instagram to share her gym sessions with her 328k followers.
Carol, 62, showed off her washboard abs in a skintight red lycra gym set, which consisted of a long sleeve top with matching leggings.
She finished off the sporty look with a pair of bright neon orange running trainers.
Carol left her hair down and went bare-faced while showing fans her yoga routine.
She demonstrated her strength in the video by lifting weights and performing a variety of core workouts.
