According to talkSPORT, Daniel Levy remains a fan of Graham Potter despite his struggles at Stamford Bridge.
It is unclear at the moment who Tottenham’s top managerial targets are, with The Athletic explaining on Wednesday that the situation has been made complicated by the fact that Fabio Paratici has been forced to take a leave of absence.
The report suggested that the likes of Luis Enrique, Ruben Amorim, Sergio Conceicao and Oliver Glasner, whose cases were pushed by Paratici, might no longer be of interest to Levy if the Italian does not remain at Spurs.
Meanwhile, The Daily Star reported earlier this week that Tottenham have narrowed down their list to four names – Julian Nagelsmann, Vincent Kompany, Thomas Frank and Arne Slot.
Since Potter’s sacking by Chelsea, there have been some suggestions on social media about a potential move for the 47-year-old, with the English coach thought to have been of interest to Spurs during his time at Brighton (Football.London).
According to talkSPORT’s latest update, Spurs did seriously try to prise Potter away from the Amex Stadium before they hired Nuno Espirito Santo back in 2021.
The publication states that despite the way things went for Potter in West London, Levy continues to admire his work.

Potter struggled to cope with the pressure that came with the Chelsea job and seemingly did not manage to control the big egos in the dressing room.
That would likely put him out of contention for any big job for the time being, including the Spurs one.
