UConn recorded a series of decisive victories through the 68-team NCAA tournament to reach the championship game, while San Diego State won its Final Four and Elite Eight games by one-point each, including a buzzer-beating shot over Florida Atlantic University. The two teams will face off at NRG Stadium in Houston, Texas.
The UConn Huskies have a chance to capture the school's fifth national title and first championship since 2014, while the San Diego State Aztecs are playing in their first national championship game after reaching the Final Four round of the tournament for the very first time.

You can watch the NCAA men's basketball national championship game on CBS or Paramount Plus. The game starts at 9:20 p.m. ET on April 3.
