A GRANDMA who rejected loads of men back in the day has been inundated with praise online after social media users say she still looks like a “movie star.”
Yasmin Vroon shared a video showing what her grandma looks like now – and with her chic oversized glasses, beret and fluffy coat, there’s no denying she’s a timeless beauty.
In the post shared to TikTok, she then explains: “My grandma said that she rejected a lot of men back in her days.
“I didn’t believe her until I saw this picture from the 50s…”
Moments later, Yasmin reels off a series of stunning throwback photographs – including a portrait snap of her grandma donning a floral dress and pearl choker, with her hair styled in a bouffant.
In another black and white image, she can be seen perched on the edge of a wall looking stylish in a sleeveless waistcoat, while a third snap shows the natural beauty posing with her hands on her hip in a patterned flowing maxi skirt on a picturesque beach.
And a final snap shows the brunette beauty stepping off the plane as her locks blow in the wind.
The video has since gone viral and racked up over 1.6million views and hundreds of comments online.
