Exports of microcircuits and chips from the EU to Russia increased to 2020 levels
Exports to Russia of the necessary electronics for the production of weapons exceeded the values of three years ago. Russia successfully overcomes the barriers set by the sanctions of the European Union and the G7. It is reported by the Telegram channel “War History Weapons” with reference to Bloomberg.
According to the channel, imports to Russia have returned to the level of 2020. It is specified that advanced technologies produced in the European Union appear in the Russian Federation through third countries. Deliveries from China to Russia have grown as Beijing has begun to play a significant role in supplying Moscow.
“Advanced microcircuits produced in the EU and other Western countries are supplied to Russia through third countries such as Turkey, the United Arab Emirates and Kazakhstan. Shipments from China to Russia have also risen as Beijing plays an increasingly important role in supplying Moscow”.
The data obtained shows us that a number of countries in Eastern Europe, as well as the countries of Central Asia (Turkey, Serbia, the United Arab Emirates) are helping the Russian Federation to again receive the necessary resources. It is noted that at the same time, the supply of high-tech elements to these countries increased. The channel clarifies that the patterns do not end there.
“The same patterns appear in hundreds of product categories, but they are especially clear when it comes to chips and integrated circuits that can be used for military purposes,” the Telegram channel reports.
